J.Crew Initiates Customer Review System {finally!}

"Thanks!" to many of you, including Federal Agent Fashionista (in this post), who let us know that J.Crew is (FINALLY!) moving towards customer reviews on their site. Whitney (in this post) shared the following:
I just got an e-mail from J.Crew with the title "Thoughts?" Here is what it said: 

"We’d love to know how everything worked out for you, don’t be shy. Just click below to get started and your comments could end up on jcrew.com...". 

So does this mean online reviews are coming???
What a wonderful step in the right direction! It really is a great move for J.Crew to finally offer customer reviews. (Honestly, they are way behind their competitors with this. However, better late than never.)


J.Crew already has experience with this since Madewell (J.Crew's sister store) already incorporates customer reviews on its product pages. Makes complete sense that J.Crew would eventually hop on board.

I heard from an associate that they are currently testing it out for a few items via email. Then they will run it sitewide sometime in late May. Fingers crossed, it all works out!
